September 2010: Pressure testing of the crew compartment structure anchors Boeing analytical models for the CST-100. In addition, this test article reduces risk associated with fabrication and assembly of the CST-100 primary structure and validates the joining methods, tool designs, and build schedule. Pressure testing, leak testing and limited structural loads testing of the assembly is now under way at the Bigelow Aerospace facility in Las Vegas.
